Well, KTBB does stand for Know to be Beautiful! (inspired by a quote by William Morris, which has always resonated with us).

Based in Chellaston, Derby, we specialise in commercial product photography, creating "hero" shots suitable for print, advertising campaigns, websites and social media.

    Along with every other photographer on the planet, we've been having some fun exploring AI!

    The first photo is a shot of a delicious Toffee Vodka by Kin Vodka, which we found at a food fair a couple of weeks ago. This was done in our studio, with props and careful lighting to make sure the bottle and the brand really shine.

Julia Dallimore (She's beautiful)

For over 30 years I worked in marketing, specialising in direct response. I’ve worked with start-ups and FTSE 250 companies, managing multi-million pound budgets to drive cost effective response. I’ve managed award-winning creative and media agencies, commissioned many TV adverts and a full range of other digital and offline media activities, events and publications.

But I’ve always had a passion for photography and video, so I now apply my big-budget experience to deliver results for organisations with more limited resources.

Getting hands-on with jobs I’d always ‘outsourced’ is an absolute joy. I only wish I’d done it sooner!

Both my parents were professional photographers, so naturally I spent more than 30 years in IT, delivering innovative technology solutions for businesses of all shapes & sizes, after they both talked me out of following in their footsteps.

Like Julia, I’ve had a life-long passion for creative photography. I also love gadgets and aviation, and I built this website. I’m a CAA-qualified drone pilot, so we are able to offer a full range of aerial photography and videography, in addition to ground-based services and full post-production capabilities.

As Confucius said, “Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life”.

Location and Operating Hours


Our photography studio is based in Chellaston, Derby - but we cover the entire UK, and we're fully mobile if you need us to come to you. We're happy to work on either a retained or per-project basis, and we know only too well that the real world isn't always 9-5, so our hours are entirely flexible to fit in with your needs.
